After 2 goddam weeks, I have the internet back! We made the switch from Optus to Telstra and after various problems with the phone line/exchange/idiocy of Telstra people, I finally have the internet! Thank god for the iPhone that I had gotten a couple of days prior to losing internet connection, because then I would have gone absolutely mad!
