So it’s my final night here in The Netherlands, and I’m just taking some time out before I start packing up my shit. Since my last post, we have done a bit more exploring. On Monday we went for a walk to local shops and ended up eating at this restaurant right on the waterfront (although there is water everywhere!). It wasn’t like ocean or even lakefront… More like canalfront 
Then I made dinner that night… Was an epic salad with pasta covered in oil and spices. Yum!
Tuesday Virus, Elite-Tek and I caught the tram into Den Haag (The Hague) and wandered around there. Found more stores, just had a nice leisurely day looking through them, walking around the streets, saw a couple of sights and then ate dinner at this awesome big old pub/restaurant thing. The building dated back to the 1400’s! The food was absolutely delicious, too!
Today Skrie showed us where he worked in Den Haag and then we went to Scheveningen and walked around the pier, ate poffertjes, looked in this ghey arcade, and then went to the movies and saw The Invasion with Nicole Kidman. Not a good movie, I wouldn’t really recommend it!
So tomorrow it’s back off to Australia, and I tell ya what, I’m very much looking forward to it! I miss Mum and Tahnee (and know they both want me home) and this Saturday is the Pure Pwnage premiere 
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had an awesome time here in The Netherlands, but it is always nice to go home.
Next week on Tuesday, Elite-Tek, injectlove and I will be going to Sydney to the ABC studios to watch Pure Pwnage on the ABC2 show Good Game 
We’ll be in Sydney overnight, and then the travelling is over with. Then i can just relax until going back to work the week after. Oh man, having free time is so good! But I guess I would go nuts without work lol. Need to keep myself busy!
Oh and if anyone has been trying to contact me, I don’t have a phone still, so please just remember that! I’m not ignoring anyone, I just need to get into contact with Optus when I get back to Australia and see if I can get a new phone on my insurance. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep my old number, if not it is going to be so inconvenient trying to remember a new one!
